Hi, Mr. Cappy. My husband and I are both in the retail/customer service industry and know all too well how many complaints can find their way to you. We wanted to take a moment to do the opposite and send you our gratitude for some of the fabulous, qualified employees at your Kia store. I actually work at a local Toyota dealership and was, admittedly, a little skeptical when my husband started speaking of wanting a Kia since I'm not very familiar with the vehicles. We set up a test drive on Friday night with Chase, and I was blown away with both the vehicle and your dealership. I was impressed enough that we purchased that night, and Chase was so patient to answer all of our questions. Natalie was a big help with the financing of our deal, and Tommy took so much care to explain all the features of the vehicle and our warranties, etc. Everything was so thorough and professional. Unfortunately we were there too late for the car to be cleaned, so we returned the next day and Judy was fantastic in orchestrating the clean-up of our vehicle, as well as getting us the iPod cable we were owed. Every person we encountered was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We look forward to returning to your dealership for our service work and will refer friends and family for sure!
I wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed my experience at your dealership.  Chase Knight was my salesman and he was superb!  I had tested the Honda CRV down the road at the New Car Honda Mall of GA.  I was 99% sure that I wanted the Honda, but was so turned off by the sales lady and the general manager that I couldn't get out of there fast enough.  I knew I wanted to drive the Kia as well, so came straight there - and the difference between Chase and the Honda folks was apparent from the first handshake. I had a limited amount of time and also had my son with me, who was very excited to help us find a car!  Chase took both of those things into consideration:  was warm and friendly to my son (can't say the same for Honda), and got me in and out in 30 mins so I could get my son back home for his football game.  Me and my son both knew by the time we left the lot for our test drive that the Sorrento was the car we wanted - forget the CRV! But the reason I came back to Mall of GA was due to our positive experience with Chase.  Kia HQ had convinced me that they had the best prices, the better warranty, and larger inventory.  But Chase was so pleasant to work with that it didn't matter - I wanted him to have my business. So thanks for the great experience.  And we love the car!! Sincerely, Donya Recently we purchased a 2011 KIA Sorento from KIA Mall of Georgia. we-are writing toler you know about our experience. Our first trip there, George met us in the parking lot, and showed us the model we were looking for. He offered to let us drive the car, but we were not ready at that time. No pressure! On our 2nd visit, I wanted to drive the car. That's when we met Tommy. He let me drive the car and pointed out all the features, demonstrating each. When we got out of the car, he just told us that if we decided that's what we wanted to do, just to let him know. Again, no pressure! When I decided what I wanted in the package, they didn't have this car on their lot so they went to Knoxville to pick it up. Unfortunately, when they got it back to Buford, it didn't have the chrome rails & found out that they could not be added. In the meantime, they had brought in the newly redesigned model for 201l. I saw it on the showroom floor and immediately fell in love with it. I told Tommy that was the car I wanted with the double sunroof. They started immediately trying to locate the vehicle, and by 9:30 the next morning they called to let me know they had found one and I could pick it up that afternoon. The sales staff was most friendly and eager to find us the vehicle we wanted. George even went to pick it up to make sure that everything was perfect on the car. We were treated with respect, given a complete tour of the dealership including the service department, the salesman answered all our questions and most of all we were not pushed into anything less than what we wanted. Our experience with their finance department was most pleasant as well. We would definitely recommend this dealership and our new KIA Sorento to others. Thank you, Wanda and David

May 2010: Just a belated note to thank you for the excellent service that you and your team have provided to mine and my wife's Kia Sedona. We have been unable to find comparable service such as yours. We will be returning to Georgia on a family visit in the near future, and I hope to be able to have you service our Kia. The customer friendly and professional approach that you take should be commended, and I hope this letter will be shared with your superiors. Again, thank you for the excellent service and customer accommodations that you and your team provide. Feb 2010:I asked that my dealer take and additional $250 off of my price or to donate that same amount to the American Cancer Society. They did both. This was the most heart touching moment I have ever experienced with a dealer. What an amazing incentive to bring me back and refer others to this dealer. It's not always about price and vehicle that matter, it's about reaching out and touching. All at this dealership involved in this decision should be commended. Thank you, Marsha

Jan 2010: On January 14th of this year, my wife and I searched the internet for a 2009 Kia Sedona and became interested in what was advertised by Kia Mall of Georgia. After calling the telephone number, I became acquainted with Nick Scamato who gave me additional Information on the vehicles that he had in stock. Meige and I drove the 163 miles to Buford based on the vehicle information given to us by Nick and were delighted to discover that he had given both accurate and specific information. When we arrived, Nick made us welcome and was uninhibited by the cold and rain to show us the 2009 Sedonas. He was informative and knowledgeable on the operation of the vehicle. When we began discussing the purchase, Nick was professional yet treated us like a member of his personal family all the way through the process. 'It was a pleasure dealing with Nick as there was never any hint of any pressure. He naturally wanted to sell the vehicle but demonstrated a genuine concern that my wife and I were purchasing a vehicle that we would be satisfied with. When I asked for several adjustments such as a better set of floor mats, he was accommodative and without hesitation made the change even though he had to go back into the cold and rain. By this time it was dark. His attitude was very positive at all times and we purchased the vehicle that Saturday night. On Monday, I called him back to ask a question about operating the doors and he gladly helped me. I was afraid that I would be imposing on him but Nick assured me that I was not imposing on him and that he was more than glad to assist me at any time. We also requested installation of a GPS and a back up camera. He made the arrangements and my vehicle was picked up and delivered back to me at the times he specified. Nick was very careful to make sure that everything he told me was accurate and he did exactly what he had committed to. Thank you for having such a professional and honorable man on your team as Nick Scarnato. Buying a vehicle through him was an enjoyable experience. I am sure that Nick reflects the policies of Kia Mall of Georgia as they are defined and carried out under your leadership. All of the personnel at Kia Mall of Georgia treated us with dignity and respect and were most helpful. Each one reflected your good management practices. Sincerely, CI June 2010: First and foremost, so often is management contacted based on complaints. Well, not in this case. I am writing to inform you of the great experience I recently had working with Nick Scarnato at your location. I had been shopping for a new car for a couple of weeks reluctant to deal with a dealership based on my past experiences. Finally, after dealing with some very questionable private sellers, I acquiesced and visited Kia Mall of Ga on the internet, entered my criteria, and found a car of interest. I inquired about the vehicle and received a call back from Nick. I was impressed with his honesty as the car of which I expressed interest had some takers on site. So, I asked: You do have other cars on the lot right? Naturally, he responded affirmatively. Therefore, I came down, and I was very straight forward with him as to what my situation was and what I was looking for, and he took me straight to it. Furthermore, he not only fulfilled my needs, he bettered them. I honestly have never had a better experience purchasing a car. Your time, professionalism, and winning attitude is why we came back over and over to you. You listened to what our needs were, and worked for us to make sure we were happy and satisfied with our purchase. Julie loves her 2007 Sportage. It runs great and sits her up high enough so she has a good view. I am enjoying my 2008 Sportage as well. It runs like a charm, has plenty of room, and is the most comfortable vehicle I have ever driven, and it leaves me ample room in the garage. Rachael is enjoying her 2008 Rio too. The color screams out her personality, and the size fits her needs perfectly, and the mileage is great as well. If I were a business owner, I would hire you hands down.
